For two years the mother and grandmother of this boy now age 7 kept him hidden in the grandmother's house. And the state couldn't find him there?

Why or, I guess I should ask how, do women manage to pass off the fact that they use every underhanded trick they can? How is it men and institutions in this country never want to believe all the false rape nor admit that these women simply use the children as tools and promote isolation from the fathers.
Luckily we are making some progress and these matters are being looked into more but so many still go unpunished and these women know they will just get a slap on the wrist so why not do it.
Of course after finally being caught red handed and openly abusing this child by isolation (ok thats kinda an oxymoron) the mother draws her last card and accuses the father of abuse as well.
What selfish, sociopaths women have become.
